Requirements and inscription

Proposals from professionals, students, committees, organizations or institutions that are willing to work on their own fund raising, with the institutional support and evaluation provided by PROEVAL-RAXMU, must fulfill the following requirements:

• Their goals must be related to those of PROEVAL-RAXMU.
• The project subject could be development, education or research, always targeting nature conservation.
• Evaluation and publishing costs must be included in the project budget.

The Board of Directors receives the proposals. Project coordinators are asked to revise and apply recommendations made by the external evaluators.

Achievement of projects

• Apply recommendations from evaluators in the proposal draft.
• Send proposal to potential donors.
• Project coordinators are responsible for the project administration.
• Project coordinators are responsible for the publishing of results, experiences and evaluations on the PROEVAL-RAXMU web site.
• Collaborate with the assigned evaluator according to an agreed plan.
• Apply the recommendations proposed by the asigned evaluator.
• Deliver the technical and financial reports to the asigned evaluator, the treasurer of the Board of Directors and the donors.
