How to request funds from a donor
- Establish: Goals, methods and local support.
- Presentation to PROEVAL-RAXMU for approval, and following inscription.

- The amount requested must be within the limit quantity stated by the donor.
- In most cases a challenge funding is required, its amount is stated in the funding policy (usually equal or higher as the amount requested).
- Budget must be according to the funding policy of the donor (e.g. institutions wich support rural development will not support basic investigation, institutions which do not finance salaries will not receive proposals with this item in the budget).
- Dead line for receiving proposals.
- Write the document for the donor:
- Application form.
- Project proposal.
- Send the requested documents.
- Deliver periodical reports (technical and financial) to the Evaluator and Board of Directors of PROEVAL-RAXMU, according to mutual agreement.
